Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Altruist Language Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching and academic support for IELTS, CELPIP, TOEFL, and PTE preparation. Our programs are structured in small batches with limited seats (max 4 per batch), and each enrollment blocks a seat that cannot be offered to another student once booked.

General Policy

  • All fees paid toward enrollment are non-refundable.
  • Once you confirm your seat in a batch, the fee is considered final.
  • This policy is in place because our charges are already minimal compared to the training hours, and because your seat in a limited batch prevents another student from enrolling.

Exceptions (Refunds / Adjustments May Apply)

Refunds or credits may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  1. Batch Cancellation by Altruist – If we cancel or reschedule a batch before it begins, you may choose a full refund or transfer to the next available batch.
  2. Technical Issues on Our End – If you cannot access classes due to verified technical failures from our side, and we are unable to provide alternatives.
  3. Serious Medical / Emergency Grounds – At the discretion of management, supported by valid documentation.

Transfers & Deferrals

  • Instead of refunds, students may request to transfer their enrollment to the next available batch (subject to approval and seat availability).
  • Transfer requests must be made before the start date of the program.

No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after enrollment.
  • Inability to attend classes due to personal schedule conflicts.
  • Non-usage of provided resources, kits, or mock tests.
